Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician

Looking to join a fun local team? We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help care for our Aspen/Snowmass vacation rental properties.

Duties include general repairs, preventative maintenance, routine property inspections and stocking units for guest arrivals. Troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and other household maintenance issues. Must be a reliable problem solver who can work independently, prioritize tasks and provide friendly, responsive service to guests and homeowners. Flexibility in responsibilities and scheduling is a must.

Previous maintenance, handyman, construction and property management experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required. Full-time, year-round position with potential for weekend scheduling. Great pay and benefits! Please send your resume to aspensnowmass@itrip.net
